How do I import positions?


 

Click Positions under the Manage dropdown menu.


Then click Import positions from the menu on the right.



From the next page, select your file and then click Import Positions.

The file format the Shifts123 is expecting is: (Sample Positions CSV File)

Import Field Sample Data Description
Position Night Manager Name of the position
Description Employee who covers shift from 8pm until 3am Description of the position (optional)
Rate 13.00 Hourly rate of position
