Brand new to Shifts123? No problem. Here's a quick run-through of what you'll need to get comfortable.

If you are just getting started with Shifts123, you should familiarize yourself with the software and set it up for your environment.

The instructions below describe how to familiarize yourself with the online scheduling system, and include links to resources that provide more in-depth information about how to accomplish common activities.

Manage Approvals Approve your employee's requests for time off and shift trades.	The Schedule Learn how scheduling works.  Create a new shift or copy scheduled shifts from existing days.  Use EasyShifts to fill unassigned shifts.  Use Shifts123 to manually assign shifts.  Re-assign a shift when an employee can't make it, edit shifts until they are perfect.  Publish schedules and notify employees.	Manage Employees Learn how to add an employee, create a new system manager and remove an employee who no longer works for the company.
Manage Position Learn about managing employee's positions.  Create a new position, and assign the position to an employee and remove a position that is no longer available.
