How do I assign a position to an employee?

Click Employees under the Manage dropdown menu.

  Type the first few letters of the employee's last name.

 

Click the pencil icon next to the name who you want to assign a position to.

  On the bottom right side of your screen is the Position Manager. Click on the Green + to add a position.

 

From the Position dropdown menu, select the job you want to assign to this employee.

Click Save.

You receive a confirmation message that the position has been assigned.
